Signature Microneedling

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin using fine needles. These micro-injuries stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, promoting the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential for healthy, youthful skin. The Mandisà Microneedling includes a proprietary peel application to encourage further improvement of discoloration. You can opt out of the peel but the price remains the same.

Typically, the skin will be red to some degree (those with fair skin will show more redness) for the first day or two, followed by a "bronze effect", and then 3-7 days of skin shedding/peelin

Chemical Peels

The BioRePeel is a medical-grade chemical peel designed to rejuvenate the skin through exfoliation and stimulation of cellular regeneration. It is a two-phase treatment combining both chemical and biostimulating properties, making it effective for treating a variety of skin concerns without significant downtime.

Lipophilic Phase: Provides a protective, hydrating, and antioxidant barrier to the skin while reducing transepidermal water loss.

Hydrophilic Phase: Exfoliates dead skin cells, stimulates collagen production, and enhances cellular turnover.

Ingredients: TCA helps with exfoliation, brightens skin, and reduces signs of aging. Lactobionic Acid: Provides deep hydration and antioxidant benefits. Salicylic Acid: Targets acne and reduces pore size. Glycine, Proline, and Arginine: Promote collagen production and skin healing. Vitamins (C and B2): Brighten and nourish the skin.

PRP Microneedling

Microneedling with PRP combines the collagen-stimulating benefits of microneedling with the healing and regenerative properties of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). In addition, we include the Advanced Booster peel for added exfoliated and cell turnover. (peel can be declined, price remains the same) What is PRP? PRP components accelerate healing, stimulate collagen production, and improve tissue regeneration. A device with fine needles creates micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin production. The micro-channels created by microneedling allow the PRP to penetrate deeply, enhancing its effectiveness. For significant scarring, the PRP is also injected which simultaneously breaks up scar tissue.

Each treatment may include a custom combination of cleansing, exfoliation, gentle extractions, masks, massage, serums, and advanced tools like LED therapy, high-frequency, or ultrasonic infusion—depending on what your skin needs most that day.

Dermaplaning Peel

Dermaplaning is a gentle, non-invasive exfoliation treatment that removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair—commonly known as “peach fuzz”—from the surface of the skin using a sterile surgical blade.

This treatment leaves the skin incredibly smooth, radiant, and refreshed, creating the perfect canvas for makeup and improving the absorption of skincare products.

Following the dermaplaning process, another cleansing will take place, ridding the skin of the dead skin cells and opening pores for the peel application. The peel may be declined, however the price does not change. 

The peel used in this treatment is the Bio-RePeel, which stimulates collagen without the visible side effects of traditional chemical peels. The results are immediate and continue to increase over 1-2 weeks.
